The service is less than desirable. I organized 200 people for dinner and dancing to the DJ I organized on the outdoor patio 9 + weeks in advance.

At the time of event, there was seating for 28, 3 umbrellas ( only) The manager would not put the DJ in the appropriate area( which is where it has been placed before). After 2 hours of "pushing" mgmt, I got seating for 60. My guests were standing up holding their food plates trying to eat standing up. In addition, NO SERVERS OR STAFF TO CLEAN UP THE DIRTY DISHES WERE PROVIDED!

My guests had to stand in cafeteria style lines for each food and beverage for over 20 minutes each! I was in shock the entire night! In addition I received verbal insults from both management that were present in front of my guests...I have been to this venue for large group events, and that group was given enough seating, plenty of servers, clean up staff- this organizer is friends with Greg the GM. Unless you are a "friend" do not have an event at this venue, you wont get the service you would expect from This venue, they discriminate!
