Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I got my order finally in the mail.
They never responded to me .
I'm bigger and better than that. So I let it go because I did get my order
I ordered boss baby on line for 7.99 used on November 8th 2023. I still haven't received my order.
It was sent regular mail. I want to know why?
And I would like my problem fixed asap. Please and thank you.

Bad Business
We bought a new in box Xbox controller from this company yesterday and found you were charging $20 more than at Target. Shame on us for not researching first, but we attempted to return it in unopened condition with receipt for refund or get a price match and were told no.
The return policy does not state that games also includes hardware. How to lose a repeat customer in one interaction.

I went to the kansas city Sterling Ave location in missouri. upon walking in/ I noticed immediately stacks of unorganized DVD"S CD's and Vinyl every where, Vinyl so stacked that theres no way every record isnt warped.
I found a most likely warped record for 22 bucks. However at the counter magically it was priced at 30. For 30 bucks I couldve bought the Deluxe edition that comes with 3 records 1 45 and 2 cds.
They didnt have the deluxe in stock but priced it in the computer as a deluxe. They said this come from corporate and if they are just changing prices *** nilly that is against the law and i'm headed over to the better business website to report now
Preferred solution: As every single Vintage Stock is overpriced, This is the single worst location in the city and i recommend they just spread their stock across the other locations and close up shop on that one

Never called. Never got a phone member.
Not good I bought $348 worth of movies, box sets and documentaries. Ive also bought a couple books and several albums.
Ive always gone to vstock to purchase my movies.
I still have another $200 worth of movies at home.
When I brought the $348 worth of quality movies to the Chesterfield Missouri store they offered me pennies on the dollars. Approximately $25 for my $348 worth of DVD movies. Clerk said corporate sets the price. I was a bit frustrated and asked for the manager.
She verified the first sales persons corporate answer.
I kept my purchases and said Id be foolish to accept the trade. The sales person told me We need to make money too. I was actually going to set my minimum at $50. That is not an outrageous of an offer on my part.
I was going downstairs to look over the vinyl albums after dealing with original business but left after the news of corporate prices.
Trying to be fair.
Until then I will never set foot in a Vstock store again.

Hi, i was contacting in regards to how poor the sellback pay is to all gaming stores in the ks area. I brought in probably over 300 dollars in product and you get 44 dollars thats highway robbery.
But its ok i really needed the money and its just plastic and cardboard and money is not real its just a piece of paper.
Ill stick to selling on ebay from here on out. Good day!
Preferred solution: Better compensation for buybacks.. I saw the prices for the sell value on the items and not even less than 30% of selling price..

To whom it may concern: My name is miranda Bryant. I have bought a new controller at the vintage stock on 41st n yale 2months ago n it had issues 3weeks latter then on November 1 2022 i bought another Brand new in the package controller and i had to take it back n get another one and that one it started to have issues with it too.
I have had to take the 2 controllers apart n put parts together in to one to make one just work. So now i am out of 50 dollars. I am going to be posting this all over Facebook and i am telling all my friends n family not to go to the vintage stoke on 41st and yale in tulsa oklahoma. I would like some kind of competition for the head ake n back n fourth n the gas to going back n fourth and the stress.
This has caused me more help issues and it has caused conflicts with me n my husband. Don't get me wrong they have good product but they really needs to check there product.
I can't find my recite right now but i did use my directexspess card. I can get the transation by calling my card company n getting the transition information tomorrow.

To whom it may concern: My name is miranda Bryant. I have now bought 3 brand new controller from the vintage stock in tulsa oklahoma on 41st street.the first one i bought was back in September n in 3 weeks it started to have issues.
I bought another one brand new in the package on November 1st 2022 n with in 1 week i had issues with it working properly i took it back i exchange it out for another brand new controller for the PlayStation 3.. And it only lasted 4 days n started to have issues too. The store keeped my recite. So now i am out of 50 dollars.
That store dosenot check there electric out before they sell them. They also have some attitudes. I did use my credit card to buy them all three.
I would also like to mention that the ubreakifix repair store on 41st n yale where i took one of my controllers to n they said that they get alot of the vintage stock from 41st street n yale with nothing but compliant from that vintage stock store. I would like to get some kind of competition for the money i have lost.

I wanted to buy a DVD for a movie, went on their website and the DVD was advertised for $5.99 in store, went to pick it up and the price was $7.99 and the poor customer service by the hateful disrespectful young teenagers wouldn't accept the price on their website said it the website was outdated

I dont understand why i need to put my phone number in to get refund, which says i will receive promotional emails and messages after i enter number. It should only scan receipt. They should change their refund process, they basically forced me to sign up and i disagree

I visited the store and waited in line to be helped, but was ignored. When I asked if anyone saw me standing in line for service.
The clerk's response was, "Are you somebody famous?" I said that I just needed help finding music and no one asked if they could help me. I was told that I would need to leave the store or have security called to escort me out of the store. This is a very short explanation of what took place. I followed up with a call to the Joplin store and explained the situation.
I was told that that kind of thing doesn't occur in the Columbia store. I was made to feel as if the incident didn't happen by someone who wasn't even there! All I am asking for is the acknowledgement that this took place!
I know what it feels like to be ignored. I am a 74 year old Black man and I know when I am being over looked and disrespected.

Experience
I never received any correspondence back from Vintage Stock about my negative experience. Makes me wonder if they don't care about how their employees treat customers. I am still willing to talk to them about it, if they would contact me.
