I just wanted to share with you the worst experience I have ever had at your restaurant. My 14yr old son and I went there today at 4pm.

As soon as we went inside the waitress gave us a huge attitude. I'm not sure if it was because we were dressed in workout clothes or our ethnicity. I've been there numerous times before with friends and never was judged. However I haven't been there recently, it's been about a year.

I ordered mussels and a drink.

My son ordered the sliders and fries. He took a bite of the slider and it was colder than ice. The male waiter that brought the food out was apologetic. I finished my food the sliders were still not out.

Finally, after I asked how much longer she brings them out. This time they only brought 2 out. That didn't matter since after eating one. My son was nauseous.

He only ate one. These sliders were the crappiest meat. They were not the filet mignon sliders like how they used to be.

The waitress comes out not even apologizing. She did state that this was not her fault it was the kitchen's fault.

Mind you, I didn't even ask her. I just wanted to pay and leave.

The director Leo calls me and apologizes with a rude tone. I asked for the owner to call me. He states no one is above him.

I hang up. No wonder the waitress is rude, she mimicks her bosses attitude.

This place is so disgusting and I will share this review with everyone I know and post it all over the internet.

I went to the vines bar and grill in Orlando with a friend and we had terrible service. They are located in dr phillips in Orlando. The first server we had was nice and courteous but my friend asked for his friend don a server who was atrocious. Under my arm which was crazy. I think he was semi hitting on me almost assault manner. He was a horrible server and the busboy that brought the food or food runner was a tall rude blonde male who got mad at me for not moving my napkin. The vines is an upscale expensive type restaurant with worse service and servers than Denny's. I called the manager later to complain about the crazy bad service and she said someone would be calling me back and no one did. I would avoid this over priced place at all costs. By don they had huge portions and he was almost trying to dissuade me from ordering from the menu. What kind of crazy bad service is this? The servers are abusive and rude to female customers. Awful *** place beware
