  • - Paid 25,000 for a Naukri-guided certification; received a soft certificate.
  • - 45-day verification; no reply; weekend classes; refund requested.

I received a job offer from the Vinci Group, wherein the offer letter mentioned that I had to complete a certification course, to be guided by Naukri. After the Naukri team guided me, I paid 25,000 for the certification.

I even have the receipt of this payment. The same team sent me study material and exam questions, and I sat for an objective-type exam. After two days, I received the soft copy of the certificate via Naukri mail. They informed me that online classes are conducted every weekend and after six months, I would have to write the final exam to receive the hard copy of the certificate.

I sent the soft copies of certificates to the Vinci Group and they stated that verification would take 45 days. However, I've received no response after 45 days.

Even the Naukri team, which promised weekend online classes, has also stopped responding. I have attached a receipt for the payment, so I request a refund of my amount.
