Bad Customer Service Experience
I visitied the worst state (Baltimore), where my vehicle was financed through Acima Credit, (the worst company of them all). because I had no more warranty on my vehicle and my vehicle was in need of fixing.
One things for sure, this is a lesson learned, in regards to when you dont have the money upfront, wait until you can pay out of your pocket and do not get your vehicle repairs financed. Acima Credit tripples the amount and adding more fees on the account as if your buying a used car. This company is a Ripp OFF, and the work done on my vehicle by the mechanics at Vince Motors caused extra damages to my vehicle that I've never had before.
This so called company is no good, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to take their vehicle to Vince Motors and DO NOT use Acima Credit for any financing.
