They promise to take care of you but don’t. Theri service is abysmal.

Seven years ago I had a bad service experience with V&B where it took them weeks to supply me with replacement hinges for their defective toilet seat and their local distributor was extremely rude and unhelpful. Now with a new V&B toilet seat the hinge screws fell out and they have not given me the slightest service.
They kept promising to help me but never did. Then one of their agents in Belgium sent me a very rude message saying they cant help me and telling me to contact their local distributor, which they know is closed for a weeklong holiday.

I wanted to see the possibility that you could sell me a plate that broke from the Boule multi, it is the deep blue plate, I would really appreciate it if you could help me because without that plate my boule was incomplete. Thank you
