Horrible Customer Service
We had an appointment for our cat - Maple - who is very skittish at 4pm today. We had a very hard time getting her into the carrier and we were late to our appointment by 14 minutes.
The receptionist called us as when we finally got her into her carrier and I told her that she was on her way - she seemed fine on the phone when I spoke to them and seem to understand. My husband got there and they canceled her appointment because they said we arrived at 4:16pm and the doctor refused to see us. I'm not sure what changed from when we told them we were on our way - to canceling our appointment.
They were VERY rude and don't deserve our business. I highly recommend using other vets in the area.
