Unprofessional clinic
Called several weeks in advance to confirm my insurance was accepted. I took off 3 hours work to get to the appointment on their availability.
Filled out the new patient paperwork while two angry patients loudly complained about lack of care and lack of concern for their well being. I was in their office 30 minutes when an employee called me to the counter to inform me they dont accept my insurance. These unprofessional ignorant employees cost me three hours pay and I still had no PCP thanks to the multiple incompetencies of the staff of this poorly operated, so called health care providers. Dont trust Village Medical.
They cost me money trusting them and provided me with no healthcare services. In fact they harmed me financially, physically and emotionally leaving me with no healthcare and no referrals
