Parts missing
I purchase a Garden cart an it was suppose to have 4D and 4 c I believe what part connect the pipe and I only got 7 D parts. Store won't take it back. So I am stuck with an unserviceable item.

Saum Invasion of Privacy
The Saum Apartments 1919 S Grand Blvd : Continued "invasion of privacy" and theft related to ridiculous complaints coming from Asian tenants. Apparently, whenever a Asian male makes complaints or inquiry about a African American tenant......the leasing management immediately acts upon.
Last week there was apartments break-ins on the 8th floor, related to retaliation and complaints from Asian male tenants. When AA make complaints, they are lied to and/or ignored..... meaning there's a preference / brazen discrimination. Also, there's very poor plumbing at this property.
Don't waste you money on this one, try the downtown St Louis area. Again, whenever management is questioned about accusations, they lie.
Saum Apts. stealing
Saum Apartments theft and invasion on Privacy: the African American MALE maintenance employees are REPEATEDLY stealing and "breaking into apartments on the 8th floor". They are spending 30 - 60 minutes doing unauthorized "clean sweeps" , going thru refrigerators , stealing , going thru duffle bags , etc.
The youngest black male Maintenance employee was recently caught, yet the Leasing staff made outrageous excuses for his behavior, claiming "he doesn't know what he's doing" ........ sooooo why isn't he Institutionalized?? Why is he carrying a UNIVERSAL key and allowed entrance to 200 apartments, if he's that retarded?? This property is run like a SLUMLORD H.U.D.
/ section8 unit, however everyone in paying 120% more than the apartments are worth. Don't waste your money on this one!!

Difficult to assemble
Instructions are not clear. I did figure it out and it went together just fine.

"VillageGreen" Bird Feeder- unuseable
This item is actually made in China by Taizhou Chuangxin Industial Trading Co. Ltd.
it is sold in Big Lots under the the brand name of Village Green. The holes were drilled in the wrong places(no room left for the holes to screw in the bottom of feeder.) They were also too big so the insert perches just fell out. It is a waste of money and time.
I realize that no one expects high quality at Big Lots but we do expect the item to be usable. I would hope Big Lots will reconsider purchasing from this company.
They did NOT put *** on any of the pieces
which the birds stand on for them to put their
beaks in to get their food. Why use it if you can't feed the birds????
Of course you can take the time to put holes in the correct place or just throw them away. Good workmanship!!!!!!!!!!!
