Saum Invasion of Privacy
The Saum Apartments 1919 S Grand Blvd : Continued "invasion of privacy" and theft related to ridiculous complaints coming from Asian tenants. Apparently, whenever a Asian male makes complaints or inquiry about a African American tenant......the leasing management immediately acts upon. Last week there was apartments break-ins on the 8th floor, related to retaliation and complaints from Asian male tenants. When AA make complaints, they are lied to and/or ignored..... meaning there's a preference / brazen discrimination. Also, there's very poor plumbing at this property. Don't waste you money on this one, try the downtown St Louis area. Again, whenever management is questioned about accusations, they lie.

Saum Apts. stealing
Saum Apartments theft and invasion on Privacy: the African American MALE maintenance employees are REPEATEDLY stealing and "breaking into apartments on the 8th floor". They are spending 30 - 60 minutes doing unauthorized "clean sweeps" , going thru refrigerators , stealing , going thru duffle bags , etc. The youngest black male Maintenance employee was recently caught, yet the Leasing staff made outrageous excuses for his behavior, claiming "he doesn't know what he's doing" ........ sooooo why isn't he Institutionalized?? Why is he carrying a UNIVERSAL key and allowed entrance to 200 apartments, if he's that retarded?? This property is run like a SLUMLORD H.U.D. / section8 unit, however everyone in paying 120% more than the apartments are worth. Don't waste your money on this one!!
