Ripped OFF of $5,454.00
- - A building deposit was made; another company asked for more money.
- - I canceled; they were rude and claimed I lost my deposit and I want $5,454.00 back.
No resolution as of yet
I have filed a claim with Chase Bank the bank I used my debit card from but the claim was denied because they disputed it and said they had a contract that says no refunds. I don't think that's legal but I'm gonna research that as well right now I'm super angry and feel like they stole the money from me which is just what they did, they didn't do anything but send over a contract and take my money. Grand Theft if you ask me!
I gave them a deposit for a pretty large building and then some other company called out of the blue for more money so I canceled the order and they were rude and said I lost my deposit, I don't think that's a correct way to do business being a business owner myself. If I don't get a full refund of $5,454.00 I'll be contacting my attorney very soon. Just because they have it in their "contract" doesn't mean it's legal !!!
