Set screw for new shower door. lost down the drain
Adjusting the door to roll correctly, I found that it is imperative to cover the drain so you do not let anything fall in the drain. Vigo Industries has fixed my problem in record time.

HATE MY SHOWERHEAD
- - Bought Vigo VG08012 Kingsley panel from build.com about 3 years ago.
- - Since installation, I hate it; no refund.
- - Water pressure is very low.
I purchased this Vigo VG08012 Kingsley Thermostatic Shower Panel from build.com 3 years ago. Immediately after installing, I hated it and wanted to rip it out of the wall.
I contacted the website, turns out once something is installed, it can't be refunded... WELL HOW IN TF AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF I LIKE A SHOWER HEAD UNLESS ITS INSTALLED?! Contacted Vigo, they didn't give a *** No regular plumber can get this thing uninstalled because of the way it's installed. I literally shower in my guest shower every day because otherwise my hair will be dirty.
The water pressure is so low/nonexistent, that when I put my razor under the water to rinse the tiny hairs off, THEY DO NOT RINSE OFF!!! I am disgusted that this thing is even still being sold and Build.com keeps removing my review!
I want my money back. I am still so furious and its been THREE YEARS!

- - Door leaks from the seals since installation on 9/11/24 by a licensed contractor.
- - Customer service suggested silicone, but it did not fix the leak.
Haven’t heard from the Vendor, sent an email last week.
I purchased a brand new Vigo VG6042CL60 pivot shower door, and it has been leaking from the door seals since it was installed by a Licensed Contractor on 9/11/24. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service, and have complied with there suggestions, which was to apply some silicone, which should never be a fix to a brand new door.
To no avail, I attempted this, and the seals still leak.
I realize this is going nowhere, and I am on my own with this issue. I'm just trying to protect anyone else from making a poor decision, and purchasing from this company, that offers no resolve.

My Kitchen faucet blew off at the connector and kept leaking and coming off after I reconnected it, so I assumed some pieces were missing and must of fell into the sink drain. There was no diagram to see what pieces were at the union.
I called the company to get all internal pieces kit which I volunteered to pay for. It included 2 O rings and 1 plastic seating washer and a plastic collar/clip and any other pieces that might of blew off when it broke.
They asked me and I sent pictures and a video of the issue and the customer service still had problem figuring out what I needed. After 2 weeks without a kitchen faucet and all the mails I gave up, and bought another brand.

I bought this model spending more than I originally planned to spend because of the LIFETIME WARRANTY. CAUTION TO ALL Vigo does not honor their warranty.
Preferred solution: Provide replacement of shower door that exploded.

Poor quality faucet and lousy, condescending customer service
- - Sprayer head button quit working weeks after install.
- - Vigo asked for a diagnostic video and sent a replacement sprayer head.
- - Six months later the same sprayer head issue recurred.
Bought a Vigo pull down faucet with a sprayer head. The sprayer head has a button to change the water flow from stream to spray, etc.
A couple of weeks after the faucet was installed the button no longer worked so no sprayer option. When I contacted Vigo requesting a replacement faucet, and they wanted me to send them a short video depicting the malfunction, so they could diagnose the problem. Told them it wasn't my responsibility to jump through hoops because their product malfunctioned. Vigo emailed me thanking me for ordering the correct replacement part and shipped a replacement sprayer head.
Changed the sprayer head and here we are 6 months later with the same sprayer head issue.
Vigo? Never again
Preferred solution: My time back
