I already rated this and the problem is that the TV is out of manufacturer and so you can’t get a remote for it . Stop emailing me or I’ll report you to the federal authorities, state and local as wel

AI Highlights
  • - Please do not email me again.
  • - TV from 2011; remotes are hard to find.
  • - They threaten to report to federal, state, and local authorities.

I already said this and I’m correcting you now. Do not email me again with your nonsense OK?)$ I will report you to the federal 40s if you email it again again and I already reviewed this and I’ll say it again but I already said above this is ridiculous.!! I said that the TV was manufactured in 2011 and you cannot find remotes for anymore because it’s too old so stop stop stop emailing me or I will report you to this federal state and local authorities.!!!

User's recommendation: Do not buy an old ViewSonic TV because there are no remotes available for it because it’s out of manufacturer and it’s very old. It’s a 2011 TV.

My monitor isn't cutting on; it's blinking blue light. It takes a long time to turn on. No one is available on weekends; that sucks.

User's recommendation: Speak to a live person they need 24/7 services

Sure wish I could talk to a human when I need to...

AI Highlights
  • - Need instructions to focus a short-throw projector without a focus wheel.
  • - All 14 units in use; one is out of focus, gear packed for next event.

All I needed (and still do) is instructions on how to focus (if such an option exists) a short-throw projector that does not have an obvious "focus wheel", since there is no lens. We have 14 of these units in use at once, as we do AV for various conventions, and one is "out of focus". Now the event is over, and all this equipment is packed up and on our truck until the next event in 3 weeks...but I sure would have liked to have had an answer this past saturday when I needed it...
