I cashed out $10 and I got sent through an incorrect email
Still no answer from this company.
I cashed out $10 and it was sent to a email that I don't use. I would really like to get it sent to my current email otherwise I see no reason to continue using this app.

My payment
- - Promised rewards of $65 and $20 remain unpaid after 12 days.
- - Another referral finally received their reward; I have not, and I may pursue action.
They were supposed to send me a $65 and a $20 reward. I have been emailing them and constantly received the same message over and over.
I have contacted Tremendous and PayPal, and both said it's on viewpoints. They have delayed the payments. It's been 12 days and nothing. A person I referred said they finally got hers, but I still don't, and I'm pissed off.
I'm fixing to look into starting a class action lawsuit against them because with all the bad reviews, I'll have no problem getting enough people to sign up.
I'm reporting them to the BBB and all. Anyone want to help bring these people down and get our justice?

I accidentally cashed out $10 and sent it to the wrong email address. I would really like to have it sent to my current email address. If you can do that, I will faithfully use this app instead of just deleting it.

While participating in task in attempting to record my voice for task but to no avail
Okay, firstly I'm attempting to call support, and as it may, I'm not pointed in the right direction, because even though I'm in the right place, they hang up in my face.

Preferred solution: As a loyal customer/consumer I feel as if my time and energy etc… is not appreciated nor all of the above. Bonus points and an virtual card with at least $25 would even the trauma that I’m currently experiencing

It’s been 4 days and I still have NOT heard anything from them!
They could start by actually responding to emails!! HORRIBLE customer service!!
Didnt take and not will not let me cash out, have emailed several times over the last few days and have heard nothing back. Have also tried to call and have gotten absolutely nowhere!

Lost my points!
Your # or app for issues is horrible & a waste of time. Phone call never went through & this number was only for pushing products on people. This is also a scam!!
