I realized i paid for room rental ads but there are no such categories!
- There is no customer service when calling; no one answers.
- The phone hangs up during calls.
- Paid for a month of room rental, but no room was rented.
So I called them with their phone number, and there is no customer service. They don't even have a person to answer client questions.
Worse, the phone hangs up too!

2- i spoke to cs and said my ad was edited and may edit it more
3- they published an old ad after all my care to get this done properly

you need to avoid offending their egos to deal with them. it must be the brave new world coming. because this makes no sense.

plus i was nice about it. they did not even bother to research if what i said made sense, they are more concerned about being right and protecting their egos and narratives
