the self righteous attitude of this pos company. 1- i edited my ad 2- i spoke to cs and said my ad was edited and may edit it more 3- they published an old ad after all my care to get this done properly 4- i did not get an invoice. i asked for one 5- i was charged for an outdated ad 6- so i nicely said i will pay when its the edited ad 7-they refunded me. 8- can you believe that they are so right and superior that they have a non common sense approach to customers. you need to avoid offending their egos to deal with them. it must be the brave new world coming. because this makes no sense. 9- i was curious if the manager are like the cs. that is why i wrote this ad. i had the right to say it. plus i was nice about it. they did not even bother to research if what i said made sense, they are more concerned about being right and protecting their egos and narratives The company who gets offended is not a business but takes this personal.
