Awful company
Purchased a brand new Veissmann boiler for our home, and it never functioned properly. After one year of it always going out and never staying lit, a second service provided discovered *** in the unit that was a known issue during manufacturing.
Viessmann would not respond, and after another year would not provide a refund for the second unit which we had to purchase since we were told by the installer that the original unit was dangerous and had to be shut down, it was also burning more propane than it should have.
We went through more than a year with the original broken boiler always going out, not providing heat or hot water to our home, and worse, the unit was leaking propane into our basement living area. The people at Veissmann were some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Merhaba, ich schreibe aus der Erdbebenzone Türkiye. Unser Boiler ist kaputt and es tritt Wasser aus.
Wir haben den technischen Service of aberufen, aber dieser maycht is nicht im Rahmen der Garantie and verlangt mindestens 10.500 Geld. En iyisi, En İyi Kessel'dir, en iyi Garanti'dir, en iyi Garanti'dir. Kundenbeschwerden Genug der, Warum gibt es diese Garantie and zum Teufel soll sie dann bewirken?

Kombimiz arızalandı su akıtıyor.
Teknik servis aradık ancak bunu garanti kapsamında yapmıyor ve en az 10.500 para istiyor.
Garantisi devam eden kombinizin garanti kapsamına alınmasını istiyoruz.
Müşteri mağduriyeti artık yeter bu garanti neden var o zaman ne işe yarayacağını..
Kombimizin yanıcı devam ettiği için ve arıza da kombinin içinden kaynaklandığından dolayı bunun garanti kapsamına alınmasını istiyoruz.

Wir haben den technischen Service angerufen, aber dieser macht dies nicht im Rahmen der Garantie und verlangt mindestens 10.500 Geld. Wir möchten, dass Ihr Kessel, für den noch Garantie besteht, im Rahmen der Garantie hergestellt wird. Genug der Kundenbeschwerden, warum gibt es diese Garantie und was zum Teufel soll sie dann bewirken?

Not providing Warranty protection
We purchased a new Viessmann gas boiler which has factory product defectives right out of the box! We paid $3,000+ for the Viessmann had a limited Lifetime warranty on the boiler and two years of warranty for parts from the date of installation.
Right out of the box the new Viessmann product needs new coding plug and control console costing $1000+. Viessmann Manufacturing is in violation of the written warranty and not living up to providing the replacement of the Viessmann product defective product or refund or providing the parts.
Our advise if you read this message, don't buy anything from Viessmann.
