Zero Empathy or Qualifications
I wanted to try a mentorship, so I booked two sessions with Vienda that I completed, and realized it wasn't right for me. Unknowingly, I was then locked into a subscription that I could not afford. When I kindly explained my situation and mental health state, she did not offer any empathy, refund, or solution and has since walked off with hundreds of pounds she did not provide a service for.
She also has no way of allowing anyone to leave reviews on her website, nor does she show any proof of her qualifications.
