No contact, ripoff
They charge you $25 per month for 50 download credits of stock footage. If one of the clips fails to download, oh well, too bad, it still gets subtracted from your credits!
They have no phone number and don't answer your emails, so you cannot get your credits redeemed by trying to contact them. Their Twitter is just PR gloating, and they won't respond.
Preferred solution: my wasted time back
