I order 1 item on 8/2/22 and its 8/22/22 and I cant track the package. Where is my item. I wanted it for a special Occasion. Missed that. Im Not very happy with my Experience.

Product Not Received & No Response From Company

Placed order on 5/1 with a stated delivery timeline of 10 business days. I then receive an email that delivery time is now June 5, 2020. This new timeline does not meet my requirements so I attempt to cancel my order via their CHAT feature on their website, only to find it was disabled (did not state it was disabled but no connection available). I then tried to contact them by phone via the number listed on their website - only able to leave a message, which I did five days ago and still no reply. I then emailed them via the address on their site, only to receive a reply stating they will not be replying for approximately a week - WHAT? However, if the matter is urgent, send a new email with the word "urgent" in the subject line. I resent the email three times, still no reply. So, they have charged my card, not met their commitments and are MIA in terms of customer service to issue a credit or resolve the problem. I understand if the current global pandemic is causing delivery issues but that is not an excuse for preventing customers from canceling their undelivered orders, issuing refunds, and just overall customer support.

User's recommendation: Buyer Beware! It appears thier product may be fine but their ability to execute the delivery process is non-existent and consumers are not provided any recourse via the company to obtain the monies they charged you prior to order fulfillment.
