I am 71 years old and have just made the biggest mistake in my life. I bought a Kia Soul at Victory auto group in Victoria, tx.
They were going to call me when my vehicle was ready. 4 days later I called them. Their brochure says 3 months free Sirius on pre owned vehicles, that applies to new vehicles also but they don't tell you that. I got home with the vehicle and my husband asked what kind of spare tire it had.
I checked and surprise No Spare Tire. Today they tell me that is optional. I came in today to speak with the sales manager. One hour later he is still hiding.
Disgusting. Poor Kia services.
