Victory Medical Transportation - Audio recording without consent.
Victory Medical Transportation is recording audio conversations without the consent of the employees. We were specifically told that these dash cams do not record audio. Now adverse action is being taken on employees based on these private conversations that we were told were not being recorded. This is not only against state laws, but federal laws as well!! All other nonemergent transport companies that are a subsidiary of Ensign group, they are doing this to you too! Anyone like to join me in a class action lawsuit?
