Verified ReviewerTitle: Unethical Business Practices at Victory Lane Auto Sales of Port Lucy, Florida
My recent interaction with Victory Lane Auto Sales of Port Lucy, Florida, owned by Samuel Coghill, left me profoundly disappointed and concerned about their business practices. Despite purchasing a vehicle from them, my experience quickly soured due to undisclosed issues and a lack of transparency.
The vehicle I purchased from Victory Lane Auto Sales was a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, VIN: {{Redacted}}, purportedly with only 67,466 miles. I paid a total purchase price of over $16,000.00 for the vehicle. This one-owner vehicle was presented to me as a pristine example of reliability and quality.
However, shortly after acquiring it, I noticed significant performance issues. Upon investigation, it became clear that there were undisclosed problems with the vehicle. This lack of transparency not only affected the vehicles functionality but also raised serious safety concerns.
When these problems with the vehicle started, I promptly made an appointment with Nimnicht Chevrolet of Jacksonville for assistance. Despite my efforts, the dealership refused to work on the vehicle due to its condition.
Despite my attempts to address these issues with Victory Lane Auto Sales, they failed to take responsibility or offer any satisfactory resolution. This disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the dealerships integrity.
Furthermore, its worth noting that within the four months of ownership, I have only driven the vehicle for 909 miles. This limited mileage further underscores the severity of the issues encountered.
In light of this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Victory Lane Auto Sales of Port Lucy, Florida, owned by Samuel Coghill. Their failure to disclose important information and their lack of accountability are serious red flags that should not be ignored.
Until this matter is resolved with the credit card companies or the court system, justice will prevail. I remain hopeful for a fair resolution and encourage others to stand up for their rights if faced with similar situations.
Overall, my experience with Victory Lane Auto Sales has been deeply disappointing, and I regret trusting them with my business. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid similar frustrations and disappointments.
