I ordered several things from you about 10 days ago. I received the order in 2 installments, being incomplete. I'm missing 2 pairs of pink panties worth £ 14 both pairs. If you do not send me the order, please return my money.

Im still waiting for an answer and for my money back!! I sent you a mail in which I explained my problem and I sent you all the data about my order, payment etc.

After this experience I will never ordered any products anymore. I was shocked because for an international costumer there is not a mail available of Victoria Secrets.

Sent on a wild goose chase to obtain. Another bra as the one I chose was apparently not on the special.

Three for the price of two.

Then I chose to purchase the not on special bra.

So 4 bras later get charged full price on querying the prices of the bras , the manager is called and she then decides to discount the bra that is not on the special!

I paid and left as the queu by then was accumulating.

I then called in to report it which was not accepted I had to send in an email. This too has been ignored.

I bought a top online

Its looking like pieces of thread poking out and it's been under a week I wire it twice and that too at home

Want a refund not impressed

Also sleeves are not properly fitted

I have pay over £60 for a present a set of pjs and you cant even send me a box or a bag its disgusting

Have still not heard from Victoria Secret.

I am based in the Netherlands, I made a purchase and got charged immediately. I did not receive my confirmation e-mail.

I was told there was a mistake and that I will receive my money back within 3-7 business days.

I did not receive anything!!! total scam!!!

I ordered few of the body mists from UK, Now all prices are in pounds, that's why i believed, it's a UK website. While checking out, I got message saying that i can not have body mists in my cart. I had a talk with one of their agent(Live chat), she(KIM) mentioned that they can not send(shipped) certain products to overseas. But wait a minute, isn't it UK website as all prices are in pounds. She cleared again that its redirected to USA website(???!!!!) than why are all prices in pounds?

Another concern, if certain products can not be shipped out of USA basically it can not be sold (Overseas) online. although it's being show cased in pounds on websites. This is clearly miss guiding the customers.

Being this huge brand and this silly mistake !!!

If products can not be shipped than it can not be sold !!! What's the point of showing them online !!! Or at least give an option for collection from nearby stores !!

Quite a Disappointing Experience !!

I placed an order, then changed my mind, and refused the delivery. Now they are telling me that refused deliveries aren't tracked and they might not have received the parcel back, so I'll have to pay for something that can be proven that I've never received.

Their customer service is awful, lots of standard emails but nothing to actually help. I'd never buy from here again, they keep asking me to call their call centre, and I can't see how that is going to help when all they do is fob me off, and they have refused to call me
