Ive followed their return directions - on their website it says to email them for a return code. You cant return anything until you have it.
Ive emailed twice, messaged once, and left a voicemail.
I also emailed the shop owner on Etsy. No response.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The owner reached out and we resolved the issue. Theyre a good business, their customer service could just be better.
The owner contacted me and we worked it all out. As stated in my edit, they are not a bad business per say, their customer service could just be better.
As much as i loved the dress, it was way too big in the back. I asked for a verification code and had to wait 5 days to get a response. When I finally was able to return it, the email with the instructions weren't very clear, but I went along anyway.
It's been over a week, and I've never gotten my refund or an email back saying they've got the dress and will refund me shortly. I made sure I sent the dress back before the 2-week limit, so other than laziness or poor customer service, I've got no clue what else their problem is.
I even tracked my package on the 17th, it said it arrived back to them on the 14th.
Now they have my dress and my money.

I ordered a Beautiful gown.It came back the wrong size.So instead of altering it to make it bigger we decided to send it back right away.It took several Months to have them return my money.Or so I thought.I received a notice of they returned my money of 146.+ but in my Bank it showed they took out the money again.So now all my items are being rejected causing over draft fees.They have no phone number to actually talk with anyone to resolve this.I need my money back ASAP.

Sizes wildly inaccurate, clothing made in China and communication pathetic.

I tried more than once to purchase a costume for one of our tour guides - - using the Victorian Choice measurement / size guide. We kept buying larger and larger gowns, even though (according to their own posted information) the guide should have been swimming in excess fabric.
Each time the gowns were far too small - - an XXL gown was passed down to a guide who wears a size 10 - 12.
When I left legitimate negative feedback on eBay, using no profanity, using only absolutely verifiable facts so that others would be aware of the discrepancy between promise and delivery, the feedback vanished, and Victorian Choice was somehow able to keep their 100% perfect feedback record!
So now I'm disappointed both in Victorian Choice, and in eBay for subverting their own feedback system.

Victorian Choice, a store that mostly operates on Ebay under the name victorianchoice2009, has been shamelessly stealing designs from the company Somnia Romantica. They recreate the exact patterns but with cheaper fabrics and sometimes slightly different colours. Undoubtedly many of their other designs are stolen as well, I recognize many of the dresses but can't recall the original brands. I don't think there's a single original design in their store! They are presenting all this clothing as their own creations. Don't buy anything from these lying thieves! Support the original creators instead!

I think the poster talking about "somnia romantica" is just trying to promote that brand because literally nothing on their site is based on the designs I see on the somnia romantica site...which has only like four designs in its web store. And they're all lacy/slutty/vampire, not at all modest or Victorian style, nor do any of them come in a size larger than 4.
Wouldn't I have to buy nothing but original period clothing in order to "support the original designer"....none of this has been "original" since 1752...
Victorianchoice2009 sent me a very ill fitting outfit and now will not refund even though we know they have had the outfit back.
