Item advertised very different from purchase
I ordered the item because of the way it was displayed in the picture advertised however when they sent me a pic of what they were prepared to send out it looked nothing like the one advertised! When this was pointed out their answer was every one is individually made and different which was NOT explained in the original advertisement which is very misleading. Ive cancelled the order as a result and am awaiting a refund but at a cost of £300+ would not want another customer to be miss leaded by the advertisement
