Wrong color in clothing item I ordered
I was sent the wrong color dress that I ordered, there was no more in the color I wanted , so they issued me a refund. I hope I get my refund.

Order question
It was terrible. Nobody even answered when I called.
I have called now six or seven times and it rings and just hangs up. Im not calling to complain. I just simply need to change something about my order. And I cant talk to a human human being at all.
I have a feeling their online chat is just AI generated.

Item never arrived
Item never arrived. No one answers emails or phone calls.
Item must be lost need an immediate refund. Speaking to a customer rep is impossible.
Very disappointed as a regulate customer that I am not able to rectify this problem in a timely manner. Please reply so we can resolve this issue as I have been trying for two weeks
Help with return exchanges and store crefit
No answers from support, store credit difficult to access on site… had to go back to my email and copy and paste it back into the online site.
The call hung up on me and I never got to explain my problem. Nobody ever answered the call. And when you try to do a chat, it doesnt help you either because it needs to be more general.

I called 3 times and probably held for a total of 3 hrs before anyone answered.
