Lack of customer service, and responding

I purchased a pair of the Vibram for my partner requested a size 8-9. The first order I was sent a childrens size of shoes.

I sent them back, which cost me money, after paying with the first order.

Upon the second pair being received, they were once again too small.

Call customer service they said they would send out an email, never did.

This email was suppose to be details, regarding the return of the second item without have to pay another 30 dollars.

This purchase has cost me about 400 dollars.

I am not a happy or impressed customer at all!!
