Like literally. Do not be fooled by 5 stars. Some staff members are literally evil.

They will smile in your face while your loved one is starving to death. My hope is the same evil will come back on them and their entire family in their vulnerable times.

My loved one entered weighing 180 lbs within 3 wks was at 130. Food is not consumable. For example, chicken noodle soup looked, smelled and tasted like dirty dishwater.

They have not even made any attempt to get my cousin out of bed and walking. They have her tied down and are giving her anti psychotic drugs.

He is not in need of this type of treatment. It's ridiculous. I made a complaint with the state but of course they said it was unfounded.

Now I'm getting hold of an attorney. You should not give anyone anti psychotic drugs. Unless they are schizophrenic or are already psychotic, they are causing the problems that theyre's bus due fix.

And as I said, they have made no attempt to try to get her to get up and walk or anything. I think they just like to keep their beds full.

Almost killed my husband

My husband was sent there to be weaned off a ventilator - he was stats were such that he was close to beginning the process. The first night there, the staff was rude and handled my husband extremely rough.

His pain meds ran out during transport, and it took several hours to be given anything. I did not realize the extent of their rough treatment until the following day when he needed to be transported to a hospital because they knocked his chest tube out of alignment. When he was returned, he was kept heavily sedated (he was on very minimal prior to going to their facility). He continued to get worse each day due to their lack of care until on the sixth day they pushed too much potassium too fast on causing him to code - twice.

The director earlier in the day came into my husband's room to yell at me for questioning their care. I asked that the discussion not be done in my husband's room and he refused my request. After my husband was transported to a hospital due to the codes, I did not want him returned to the facility and I also did not want their doctors overseeing his care. In retaliation the facility refused to complete paperwork his disability insurance carrier requested.

I attempted to contact the compliance department multiple times and never received a return call. The facility is also refusing to release any of his medical records.

Same thing has just happened to a relative of mine. A small cna had to adjust him in bed by herself.

She had him folded against the side of the bed as she was moving him. His feeding tube became unattached internally which led to the feeding tube contents to pour into his abdominal cavity. This led to an emergency surgery at a nearby hospital where he continues to stay. We were told by a lead nurse he would be checked by a respiratory therapist every two hours.

We were there six hours in a row the next day and not one person checked his trach. The whole goal of going to this place was to get off the trach but how can this happen if there are not enough staff?

Maybe this way they get to keep the patients longer and get more insurance dollars? He sat in his diarrhea due to the stomach tube being dislodged and not noticed for two hours at a time because there is not enough staff - and this is with family in the room asking for help while he sat in it.

Caroline said he needed to leave. I had an appeal.

She ignored it. He was suppose tohave more tests Got to omnicare they said he was to have an mri. Got ambulance went for his appt. They couldnt do it because vibra didnt authorize it So wasted time and money for everyone and putting my husband through that.

I dont think insurances are not happy about that. Of course all the Drs have each others back I called CEO Reginald Lee. I wander if he knows everything that goes on Wasted time and money. Maybe he doesnt care either Im wondering do drs still take the hipocratic oath?

Also I forgot to mention the paperwork was no right. Meaning our address contact number and date of birthday was all wrong.

In other words make one leave get another body in.Money! This was TOTAL NEGLECT.

Death trap

Understaffed, inexperience, non passionate and unprofessional. Patient is not attended to unless you force them to, not available when you call.

Nurses come from temp service has no clue what’s going on with the patient and will tell you they don’t know. Meds was sent up but could not scan they guess it’s the right one. The rooms are filthy unless you make them clean or change the infected mucus that’s drained(stayed in there for over a week). Surgery was performed on patient that was taking blood thinners, he bled to death.

Prior to that he was sent back after procedure and no one was available to assist him, transporters had to place him in the hospital bed and look for a nurse to hook him back up to medical equipment. No experience profession was available. The front desk person just sat there and say I will have them page. Transporters had to go to another patience room to find a nurse to help.

No communication and they do not care. All bad reviews are true! Send someone in there to clean that place up or shut it down is what needs to happen.

They just let the patients sit there! It’s a nursery home they throw you in there and let you survive if you can or kill you!

PT was in bathroom and fell. I am the caregiver and I pulled the call light, it was answered and I said she is on the floor.

No one came. I was helped by a therapist in the room, the RN came after the fact and said when the bathroom light is pulled it goes off on bed b. Therefore no one checked in the bathroom. The pt could have been in a life threatening condition and no one would have known.

I am very concerned with the pts safety in his facility and will not return once my PT leaves. The care was neglectful and no excuse for it.

There were no products, this is about a rehab hospital. It is about neglect in my opinion and lack of proper procedure.

The response for the proper procedure was not followed.

There were no vital signs, skin assessment for bleeding or injuries and no questions asked of the other. Vital signs were only done after the floor nurse started the report and ask

Billing Issue

I keep getting billed by Vibra for services for which I already made cash payments and for which I always got the receipts. Initially, I got a bill for one date only, so I sent in a copy of my receipt for that date.

The next month, I got another bill, this time for the same date as before and in addition, for four more dates. Since Vibra billed me again for the service for which I provided a receipt, I felt that it was useless to send in copies of the other four receipts.

I have spoken several times with people in the billing department and do not seem to be able to make them understand the situation.

I was recently at your facility visiting a family member when I over heard a conversation with one of your staff members. The employee was on their own personal phone explaining to whomever she was talking to that she was listening to the patient's conversation on the patient's phone what time the patient was on the phone the length of the conversation the content of the conversation and your employee told the individual they would continue to call with more information. I find this extremely unprofessional and completely disrespectful and I am now concern for my family members privacy. I'm sure this in some way violates some privacy law. I would think if there is something  to convey to the family in regards to a patient it would be done in the company of the patient and privately. My family and I are very disappointed in the behavior of your staff and think it would be in the best interest of our  family to contact our  attorney to inform him of the behavior I witnessed. Concerns for the patients health I understand but to inform someone of conversations times contents and frequencies is not the staffs concerns to discuss and even more disturbing on their own personal phones and not a company phone which is more than alarming that they are more concerned with to politely put it snooping and gossiping. I would hope you will look into this matter and take corrective measures to see to it that this does not happen to anymore of your patients. I embarrassed for the patient  that their personal time is being infringed upon unknowing to them and discussed.

Horrible hospital to work for!! I wouldn't send my dog there for patient care.

The Lpn's refuse to take patients when asked when the Rn's get admissions. There is no order in the building. The nurses talk to the charge nurses any kind of way without any repercussions. The aides don't give baths or feed the patients.

Nurses are constantly making med errors!!! How do you make med errors when you are supposed to scan your medications. Then don't support their nurses at all. Upper management are liars, and will make unethical decision and then when their decision doesn't pan out, the go after the nurses on the floor.
