System outages
Recently, we paid for 2 years of service for $189 (plus tax). This was after paying by the month for several years.
We have had no service for at least 12 hours today (Sunday) and the company does not have any technical support. When we tried 'chat', they indicated that there was an internet outage.
What bunk! If I can reach any site I need to on the internet, why is VOIP not working?

Do not get involved with viatalk at all. The service is totally worthless the people are rude and spiteful, and when you go to cancel they will fight you and keep charging your card. There are A LOT of other companies... that actually work! DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH VIATALK!!!
