I upgraded and was told to mail old parts back and the Visat guy could NOT get part off I needed to return and was told he would tell him instead VISAT charged me and if their tech could not get it off why charge me !!!!!Read more
Viasat in Duluth, Georgia - Horrible customer service to potential customer
Would not discuss any of the service options with me nor give me pricing unless they could run a credit check on me. Of course I declined I will not have an inquiry hit my credit report until I’m sure I want the service. The rep was very rude and then proceeded to tell me to find pricing on the web.
