Account set up wrong. Transferred to four people to fix. None could . 35 minutes on phone wasted. Recording at each phone transfer said to please complete survey at end of call. I gave and asked to be transferred to survey and they hung up! Worse service I have ever seen.

Viasat - Horrible service

Details
This company will promise a minimum speed and won’t deliver even 1/4 of it. The service is terrible and most of the time you will have none at all. When you call to complain, your call is routed to somewhere where English is barely spoken and all they do is read a script. I had to end up canceling the service and they charged me $350 to do it. DO NOT get mixed up with this service.

Viasat - Very POOR service

Details
After install, the service did not work for 6 days. A ViaSat employee showed up the 7th day and the service was working just before he showed up. They said it wasn't their fault and refused to honor their part in crediting our account for 6 days of no access. They also totally lied to my wife (Who is technology impaired) and told her that all online games will work just fine on their system.
