Details
Called call center apparently in India; they claim service is working when there automated message says there is an outage. Spoke to them phone and on line and say I need to speak to another department. Set on hold for 30 minutes and no supervisor comes on phone. Yet they keep billing; tried to cancel and cant get it cancelled. At the home of a 90 year old parent on fixed income; they continue to bill 89.00 a month. its like the twilight zone.

Get the dish off my roof no charge
So I called customer Service to explain the situation and after to scheduled installation dates. I get hung up on by a manager I was holding for to speak to. This company SUCKS...…. Run! Do not do any business with them PERIOD! They Lie and it is completely a JOKE!

I am bundled services Att/Direct Tv /Viasat. I was led to believe I would be getting an unlimited service. Someone screwed up on my area and now I have worse plan then before. Was supposed to get unlimited 12mbs and ended up with 12 Gb.

I HAVE GOTTEN A LETTER FROM WEDGEWOOD CONDO ASSOCI ATION,STATING THAT I CAN NOT HAVE 2 SATTELITE DISHES, WHICH I HAVE, SO I HAVE DISCONNECTED THE MODEM AND NEED ADDRESS TO SEND THIS BACK AND HAVE MY HUSBAND TAKE THE DISH DOWN .
