Viasat - Wow not even a customer yet - scheduled twice still no Installation.

So I called customer Service to explain the situation and after to scheduled installation dates. I get hung up on by a manager I was holding for to speak to. This company SUCKS...…. Run! Do not do any business with them PERIOD! They Lie and it is completely a JOKE!

Viasat in Clearlake, California - THIEVES AND LIARS

CANCELLED SERVICE ON 3-31-2019 DUE TO A CONTRACT CHANGE ON VIASAT PART. VIASAT OFFERED ME THE OPTION TO OPT OUT OF THERE SERVICE AT NO CHARGE. IT IS UNUSEABLE DUE TO THE LACK OF SPEED DOWNLOADING. I REPORTED TO MY CREDITCOMPANY THAT VIASAT FRAUDENTALLY TOOK OUT $282.99 FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER MY CANCELLATION DATE AND I DONT HAVE AN ITEMISED JUSTIFICATION AND IN THERE LETTER TO ME THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE. AS TO HOW VIASAT CAME UP WITH THE FIGURE OF $282.99 WHEN THE MONTHLY BILL FOR 4-1-2019 HAD I CONTINUED SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN $158.99 FOR APRIL I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT I BOUGHT THE EQUIPMENT OUTRIGHT(IT WASN'T LEASED). Todays date 4-2-2019 I also contacted CREDIT CARD CO yesterday to warn them about this FRAUDENT ACTIVITY ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE

Viasat in Washington, District Of Columbia - Worst company I’ve ever do business with

I’ve had nothing but problems . One day internet kind of works and other day nothing at all. No one cares at this company. I’ve taken off from work 3 time since I’ve had this service and the tech comes when they want to not the scheduled date and time , but when they feel like coming , so I’m not sure who the customer is. Me or the tech cause it at there convenient not mine. Filed a complaint with BBB..

Viasat - Terrible Speed and Service

I have been with Viasat since it was Wildblue~when they were small, they were great, now that they are big and have expanded, the 5g speed with unlimited bandwith is slower than what I had before at half the price and limited bandwidth~I have the highest premium plan and pay 200.00 a mo under 2 yr contract~nights go down to almost dial-up speed, days are only a little faster~service tech adjusted dish slightly but no improvement~big rip-off!

the reason why this is because. They load up a bunch of customers on one Satellite. And the demand for bandwith then deminishes. Hope this helps
