Viasat takes advantage of the customer's vulnerability! Told me there was no contract and when I called dissatisfied with the connection they changed the story to 2 years. This service is really bad!

Hasnt even been 30 days, got to watch 1 movie and it buffered the whole time, then said i was out of data 10 days after signup. Company will NOT work with you to resolve issues! Basically told me too bad, you are under a 2 year contract. I intend to take legal action.

Viasat in Phoenix, Arizona - Poor, weak Internet service

From the first day of service we have had issues with slow, unreliable internet. The slightest clouds or rain =no service for hours or continuously dropped internet. Tech has been here and explained it "must be because its the weekend or kids out of school". Not worth the cost we are paying. Very irritating service.

the reason why this is because. They load up a bunch of customers on one Satellite. And the demand for bandwith then deminishes. Hope this helps

Do not fall victim to their misleading to the point of being fraudulent advertising. They are not better than "slow DSL" as their TV ads claim. They are not "super fast" for everyone as their ads claim. True they do have satisfied customers, but they are very rare....

CANCELLED SERVICE ON 3-31-2019 DUE TO A CONTRACT CHANGE ON VIASAT PART. VIASAT OFFERED ME THE OPTION TO OPT OUT OF THERE SERVICE AT NO CHARGE. IT IS UNUSEABLE DUE TO THE LACK OF SPEED DOWNLOADING. I REPORTED TO MY CREDITCOMPANY THAT VIASAT FRAUDENTALLY TOOK OUT $282.99 FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER MY CANCELLATION DATE AND I DONT HAVE AN ITEMISED JUSTIFICATION AND IN THERE LETTER TO ME THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE. AS TO HOW VIASAT CAME UP WITH THE FIGURE OF $282.99 WHEN THE MONTHLY BILL FOR 4-1-2019 HAD I CONTINUED SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN $158.99 FOR APRIL I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT I BOUGHT THE EQUIPMENT OUTRIGHT(IT WASN'T LEASED).
