Everything was going great until early December 2021, when 4K HDR suddenly stopped working on the Paramount+ app for Roku, but tech support refused to acknowledge the issue until mid January, and then blamed it all on a Roku OS update, claiming that the next Roku up[date would fix the issue. I found that odd, since I did not lose 4K HDR capability on my other streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, or HBO Max.
While waiting for this update, tech support also sent me multiple e-mails all claiming to have found a solution by changing the display resolution setting on my Roku device to 720p, and that somehow that would magically allow my Roku device to play Paramount+ 4K HDR content in 4K HDR. Callbacks from the Tier 2 tech team were promised multiple times, but all I ever got were generic e-mails either providing the troubleshooting steps that included changing to 720p or that the issue was still being investigated.
We are now 4 months in on this issue with no resolution in site. Oh, and that Roku update did NOT fix the issue, either!!
Paramount+ is the laughing stock of all major streaming services.

Verified BuyerBeing charged for something I never watch
Ive been charged twice for your services I never use your services I want my refund of $10 and I want my other refund of five dollars thats a total refund of $15 and some change I will attach a picture and I expect a refund if not theres gonna be some problems of being sued because Ive never used your services but yet my bank account is being charged. Did you see on there theres two separate charges for CBS interactive I want my MONEY BACK

how can i get my refund for charges to my card?
i have been being charged for services from my checking account that i do not use and have not used before. i assumed you were affiliatd with paramount but i have since cancelled my subscription to there service as well.
my current monthly charges are 8.57 which is set up as an auto payment linked to my checking account. i have tried to call the numbers listed on your website but i have not been able to get in contact with anyone.

$7.99 amonth is not a small amount for someone on disability
