VIA MOBILITY SUCKS AND IS NOT DEPENDABLE !!!!!
Today, I had a ride scheduled to a DOCTORS APPOINTMENT at 2:30pm. Via Mobility was scheduled to pick me up around 1:45pm.
Around that time, I was in the small parking lot where I live and also in and out of my room. I get a call that not only I missed my ride, but the driver knocked on my door. THIS IS A ABSOLUTE, OUTRIGHT LIE!!! I NEVER SAW THE VIA MOBILITY VEHICLE, WHICH YOU CANNOT MISS, AND NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!!!
Interesting enough, it is documented that I am hearing impaired, so there is a LARGE note above my doorbell, which states, PLEASE RING DOORBELL. The driver never documented that he used my doorbell. I was forced to call for a Lyft Ride, which cost me around $30. Then, the lady I spoke with about this was argumentative and constantly talked over me.
She made NO ATTEMPT to resolve my issue. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR TIDES, ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT ONES!!! They are a absolute joke!!! They claim to help Senior Citizens, which is total *** !!!
USE HOP SKIP JUMP FOR YOUR FREE RIDES. They are TOP SHELF!!!

Preferred solution: Pay for the Lyft rides I had to pay for because of their incompetence!!!!!
