EVERYONE NEEDS TO PICKUP AFTER THERE PETS & KEEP THEM OUT OF THE KIDS PLAY AREA IT'S RIDICULOUS!!

It has gotten out of hand with people Not Picking up after there Pets, Makes the Complex look pretty Bad.

Be aware of Via Lago at Hanging Moss, winter park,fl

Please be aware of purchasing in Via Lago at Hanging Moss in Winter Park, FL. The HOA board uses a Facebook page to post community information, as well as cyber-bullying residents. They have gone as far as, to post resident names, place of employment along with gossip. Informational boards frequently are out of date, the price of landscaping has gone up,yet the results have gone down. Members show up late to board meetings or not at all and then fail to post minutes. In the past two out of these three clowns on the board have used extreme profanity in front of children in the community.
