Constant problems with reimbursements
- - VIA Benefits delays or denies compensation medical benefits reimbursements and reps are rude.
- - There should be class action suits and investigations.
Via benefits is the worst company to deal with - and you are forced to deal with them to receive your compensation medical benefits reimbursements. They constantly find ways to deny or delay your payments, which is your benefits money from your company benefits retirement plan.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit, government and insurance investigation as to how this deceiving company operates.
The reps get rude if you ask too many inquiring questions, as they know they are hiding information from those forced to use via benefits. I wish my company would do business with another service - this is the worst company to deal with.

This company deserves a zero star rating. They will not accept any receipts given from your doctor and reject everything that is submitted.
I have spent hours on the phone back and forth with my dermatologist trying to figure out exactly what is needed. My doctors have sent me many detailed receipts that are always rejected. This company tells you that you are responsible for paying them back your own money?
Total scam of a company. Will NEVER use this service again!

This is absolutely the worst site or service company in general. All data is, and part me my French; "Cluster *** terrible service in general. I received more notices about non-funding, wrong funding, insurance coverages not funded, not apply for ...and on and on...This is just another unneccesary "middle man" adding to health costs, whats more they creat additional red tape level.
