I have a account through luckyland slots. I've been sending my required documents to verify my bank info to them.
So I can redeem my winnings. They have found every excuse to deny my info. I have sent everything needed and is correct on my end. They have some wrong info in the internal part of the in- game side of things for me.
I've asked to edit it so my bank info can go through. I cannot get anyone to do this therefore my winnings are just sitting without being able to redeem. I have written so many emails that I keep getting the same repetitive emails back. That don't resolve the issue at hand.
I am at wits end here. I just want what I've won sent to me. There are no phone numbers that work to talk to a human. What can I do next?
This has been going on for months.

I have been sending emails for weeks and have gotten no response. I am filing a civil suit in south dakota small claims court against vgw as I see that as my only option.
21-6-1. Action by loser for recovery of losses--Persons liable--Limitation of actions.
Any person who shall lose any thing of value at any game, or by betting on any game, may recover the same or the value thereof from any other person playing at the game at which such thing was lost, or from the person with whom the bet was made, or from the proprietor of the place where the game was played, in a civil action, in which such proprietor and all persons engaged in the game may be joined as parties; provided that such action shall have been commenced within six months after the date of such loss.

I won $200 on Chumba almost a month ago. They have closed all my support tickets and marked them as solved but I still haven't gotten the money.
Now they won't even let me open a new ticket. I cashed out with them a month ago and had the money in 48 hrs but now they just down right refuse to even reply. We all need to band together and for a class action lawsuit against them to recover our losses and get these thieves shut down. Is there a current lawsuit pending or who's got the knowledge to start one?

I have been trying sense July 20 2023 to collect my redemption of $401. I have done everything asked of me.
They keep sending me the same form letters. I even told them ild take a gift card. As of the last week they dont even respond to me. I have all the emails.
Ive played on chumbas website with no problem. That is why I trusted lucky land.
I am not gonna give up unless Ive spent thousands of dollars and I just dont get it. Can you please help me out

I cashed out on chumba a couple times now they have shut down bonuses on my account if I do actually get a bonus doesn't pay more than a few cents. Won't be playing there anymore.my advice to anyone is don't play at the vgw group of casinos they use to be legit but not any longer waste of your money

Three months have passed & I have not received my winnings or contacted by anyone. The company & it's affiliates are initiating illegal activities throughout their organizations.
Based on the reviews, they're business practices are not legal & they are not pay any consequences for their actions.
It's illegal & it's theft. I promise that I will be the person to get legal authorities, practices, organizations etc to make them pay the consequences for their actions & investigate them on every law & rule that they have broken.
This is wrong & they can't just take people hard earned money. They don't reply back to their messages.
I have a lot of valid proof from not only me but other people as well. I am going to do everything in my power to have every platform owned by VGW investigated, forced to pay out people winnings, fined & permanently removed from every online platform so that nobody else has the experience I had with pathetic unethical gaming sites like Luckyland Slots.

No and they have not responded to me about when I can receive my funds for days.
I went through a lot to get my money. I reported the problem to multiple news channels, I contacted gaming lawyers, I contacted their state governor's office, the federal trade commissions, gaming commissions & I got on their Facebook page & commented on over 100 post from different people.
They blocked me on Facebook when I did that lol. It took 3 months to get my money. Do some research & contact whoever can help.
Request a live interview with passed consumers & they will publicly upload it onto the biggest online platforms for you. They never responded to any of my messages either but i kept sending multiple messages everyday until I got my money.
