I ordered a VFW Riders group t-shirt and hat online. The SITE claims the order is "complete".
Did live chat today only to find out both items are on back ordered even tho I the consumer was never informed until I reached out that the items were not sent. I will not ever order anything from the VFW store in the future.

Jacket falling apart
Only 6 months of occasional use, my $120 Blue jacket started falling apart. They called and told me that they would do nothing for me that 6 months was way past their 1 month normal wear and tear limit.
Please note that this is the only authorized store to buy uniform jackets, caps and shirts. What a scam.

My recent order experience with the VFW Store was extremely disappointingprices are exceedingly high for the products offered, long delays without updates, no tracking information provided, and excessively high shipping costs ($29.95 for 12 hats). This isn't the first occurrence, and it's frustrating that national bylaws force us to continue purchasing from this unreliable store.

even tho your explanation was what is, I feel that the extra charge for a VFW post on this order was excessive. I will present it to the post for reimbursement.a stated charge is whatit is and additional charges

Did Not Receive my Order
I placed an order for enhancement pills in April and as of this date i have not received anything. I saw the advertisement in my VFW catalog and i submitted a check for $129.95 dated 5 April 2016 and i noticed this check cleared my bank. I was hoping an advertisement in the VFW magazine was Ok. Can you please mail the product i ordered or refund my money back to my checking account. Check # 8378 Alaska USA Fed Cr Union. I am a retired disable Vietnam Veteran and i have ordered numerous product from other companies and have had no good response but i did receive the product. When i saw the advertisement in my monthly VFW magazine i had hope this would be good, but its hard to rate the item when i never received it.
