I currently have no internet and am unable to get through on your customer service line. I have called multiple times.

When given the options, I press 2 and nothing happens. It just keeps playing the same recording over and over.

Vexus Fiber - Cut my lines

I had left Optimum due to pricing. Vexus Fiber was going offer me a better deal.

Well, price wise was much better.

Went from a 200 dollar bill for cable and internet to 80 for internet. Initially had Vexus tv but it would constantly buffer. Was horrible. Rep told me it was better to just drop that and stream only.

Was ultimately with them for about 3 months.

In that time had 2 trouble calls. One they said that previous tech didnt plug in the fiber right. Another one after that said was a bad splice. Neither fixed the issue.

Internet would drop out multiple times during the day.

Optimum was more expensive but at least I didnt have any service interruptions.

I ended up calling Optimum back to go back and got an even better deal. 60 bucks with them internet only. Just stuck with streaming.

But, when tech came out he informed me that there would be an install charge. I was wondering why since I just had service 3 months before.

And apparently Vexus cut my out to run their own line and even cut down my drop which Optimum tech told me that they can cut the outlet, but should verify with the customer. But they can not cut the drop as it is not the home owners and is illegal for Vexus to do so.

Thanks to Vexus, have an additional charge to go back.

I guess its the last middle finger from Vexus. Glad to have working internet again from Optimum.
