Scam!!!!!!

I paid $19.99 for 1 business day shipping on a $25 medication. The medication, the $20 shipping, and tax should have been under $60.

Nope. They added a $15 to $16 convenience fee. For what? Then, it showed that the medication wasn't going to get to me before 5 days, even though I paid for next day shipping.

I called and was given unsatisfactory answers. When I asked for the script, I was told they couldn't provide it because the doctor's address and phone number were on it. This was a lie. All of the doctor's scripts come with that information; it's on all your medication bottles or the hard copy script if you go in person.

So, I was lied to, ripped off, and accused of being hostile because I capitalized a few words. Never again!

Hi Cristina, we're sorry you are disappointed. We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback.

Vetster veterinarians will often send prescriptions to local pharmacies for same-day pickup if there is a human equivalent. Unfortunately not all pet-specific drugs are available at human pharmacies and some do require shipping. The $15.99 service fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with coordinating between our support team, our partner pharmacy, and your veterinarian. This coordination is crucial for ensuring that your pet’s prescription is handled efficiently and correctly, leading to timely preparation and delivery.

Unlike traditional clinics, veterinarians on our platform practice independently, meaning their personal contact information is included on prescriptions.

To protect their privacy, we cannot release prescriptions directly to clients, but we’re always happy to fax them to a pharmacy of your choice. If you have any further concerns, our support team is here to help.
