Sprayer does not work

Released open tab , slowly turned on water.
Nothing happened other than getting solution on my hands. Probably going to use my own sprayer; this product should not be a problem to use.

I have a very important question that I need answered and I cant get them to talk to me.
This is ridiculous and a very poor way to run a business. I need to talk to someone before I use their product and if I cant I am returning the product!!!
