Why my order has not been shipped.

Ordered one thing, a tee shirt. Want to know one thing, is it going to be shipped or did I get scammed. Having to deal with PissedConsumer makes be believe you have many such problems.

Resolved: I ordered 4 patches from their website. I'm a loyal returning customer. The invoice said all 4 patches were included. I only received one. I spoke to customer service. Nothing yet. It's been 4 weeks.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They replaced everything.

I'm very happy. Thank you all at VetFriends.

My order was incomplete. I ordered 4 patches, but I only received one.

I spoke with customer service, and she said they would send me the other 3 patches. As of today, I'm still waiting.

They ripped me off

I paid for legacy membership, why does it say free membership underneath my profile? I had a problem logging in the site, so I reset my password and lost everything I had saved on my account.

So I redid my profile and added pictures.

I signed up and paid for membership, and free gifts. No emails
