Veterans United Home Loans Review from Bellflower, California

pre-qualified with veterans united. jumped through all their hoops (tax returns, pay stubs, checking statements, employment etc.).

I paid for a home inspection, went to the USFS and the state for road maintenance statement, spent days trying to find homeowners insurance because they said the house was just over ten miles to the nearest fire station which was going to cost over 3500 a year. made four trips to the property, obtained well reports, mold inspection etc. and all at my expense. the very last day they said because it was going to be six months for me to get moved into the house they could not get me the loan...

never again.. either going to pay cash or large down and get owner to carry or i'll just build on a piece of ground.

I don't think even a construction loan would have been this much bs. guess only the top ten percent are getting loans these days...so much for my service

United loans

i applied for a loan for $300.00 and they charge me $90.00 for fees I am paying them off this week and they are charging me an extra $90.00 for more fees they are a ripe off. i would not use them again because it is a big scam to tell people one thing and say something else to them.hopefully people would read this and don;t use them for services.they will be in the papers or on the news about the scams they use. the world will no nabout it today.I am still pissed.
