I need to report sexual harrasment
I reported sexual harrasment tords my client for improper touching my breast and making sexual remarks tords me he hired me on Monday and Tuesday I went for my paperwork and interview, I asked him before we started to sign any paper work, if I would be getting my 40 hrs a week he said most definitely then I asked him for the job description he said only cleaning running errands and cooking, I asked about his bathing and hygen he said he does all that him self, so wedsday I worked 8 hrs and he made a commit on if I would wear a marry maids outfit he would pay me more, a short dress, I ignored him so Thursday I went in around 10am I called him when I was on my way he Said ok so when I arrived I knocked he said come in and he said come here he was naked on his chair he said he had just tooken a shower but if I could help him get dressed I said I thought we weren't suppose to help you in dressing or showering he said you do what ever I tell you to do I'm your boss, I ask I was helping him put hid shirt on he touched my left breast and I said hey why did you do that he said o my bad, then he did it again touching my breast I felt very uncomfortable, then he went to his computer and later starting watching *** I said that was not appropriate so later he called Kari so she sent me home by 1 or so, and I was expecting him to call me so that I can get my 8 hrs to complete my 40hrs for the week, so I text him called him for the next couple of days and he would give me excuses not to come in to work that day cause he had family over and then later he said he wasn't feeling well so Friday I asked him when will u be going in to work he said I don't know I will call you when I need you. So now I'm without my hours and a job because I wouldn't let him have his way with me.
