They lie and refuse to honor their written warranty..
- Drain and pump were redone twice but placed wrong.
- Four years later it's worse; they didn't do what they promised.
They had to redo the drain and pump twice because they put them in the wrong place and it didn't work,,plus,, they didn't do half of what they were supposed to do,,and 4 years later,,it's worse than when they started,,,and every time I talk to someone I get a couple more lies... one of the supervisors came and looked at everything again and told me that the system failed and they would do something about it,, would talk to the owner and get back to me on Tuesday by 9 am, but didn't,,

Bad repairs and incompetent
- I paid nearly $9K to remove floor and repair joists.
- Joist was placed where the plenum should go; the AC company found the error.
As of today they are scheduled to come back In April. No response from company on complaints. Im sure they never will
They were supposed to come back after 30 days and jack my house up with the new beams they installed. Has been almost 3 months.
Have tried to schedule 3 different times. They canceled all 3. Will not even respond to my contact now.
Total ripoff company. Filing complaint with attorney general
I paid almost 9000 for them to take out a section of floor and repair joists. My air handler set right on this spot and had *** for the plenum to go through.
After removing unit and tearing out the floor they reframed wrong and had a joist right where plenum went. AC company informed me of error. When I called vesta they said I had authorized for it to be done wrong??? Wanted 750.
to repair their own mistake. This company is a joke.
