I bought one of your vapes and within a week it has gotten my cartridge stock. It is the correct cartridge and theres no reason for it and now its not even usable because the bottom of my cartridge is stuck in there.
I do not have a receipt I cant find it and Im pretty upset about this. You guys are my favorite brand and Ive never had an issue and I just bought this, so is there something that you guys can do for me?
