They sent me 80% of my order. The rest they kept giving me excuses for not having it before not picking up when I called. It had been 3 months since I ordered and I still hadn’t gotten the product. They use “bread” to finance. Bread helped me get my $500 back. I waited to get my money back before I wrote the review.

I wish I could cancel this transaction I am in such disbelief with how they have handled their customer service. Unfortunately they will charge me 25% for restocking. Be smart stay away from this retailer

Purchased a combo pack for a drone in the amount of $1800 and change . They charged me the full amount but then told me they couldn’t ship my product because my credit card was high risk and they needed to validate the owner by having me send a copy of my drivers license to them ?!!!! Scam scam scam !!! No one tries to protect their customer by charging the card first and then not sending the product! They do these scams to use your money ! Do not send them a copy of your drivers license or you will be hacked. No one asks for a copy of your drivers license when making an online purchase - no one ! These stupid little kids are crooks! I was told the money would be credited back but I called my bank and they have not seen any money . I’m suspecting this is a financial credit card scam where they use your funds for their business in the amount of time it takes to make the chargeback which allows them thousands of dollars in financial equities pulled from other people‘s credit cards !!!! They have been reported to the credit card company And my financial institution. These stupid little con artists are going to get burned.

Verydrone is using deceptive and false advertising to make themselves appear like a larger drone store company than they really are. I surely wouldn't trust a company using deceptive false advertising. A false advertisement can further be classified as deceptive if the advertiser deliberately misleads the consumer, as opposed to making an honest mistake. - Verydrone know for a fact they do not have 7 stores in different cities. This shows the type of people the owners are. Willing to deceive the masses in addition to giving them a poor experience. I live in Palm Beach county and found one of their pages only to find out they have ONE location in Pompano Beach as of 2/28/2017. I have attached several screenshots where they indicate "Drone Store In CITY NAME HERE". However, they do not have a drone store in any of those cities. Not only is this false advertising, it is deceptive which is worst. This is exactly what Verydrone is doing. Super lame. Not fooling me! Go to Maniacs Hobby, Drone Nerds Miami, or Urban Drones who don't try to use false and deceptive advertising.

If you are looking for verydrone coupon codes, BEWARE. This company stole well over $900.00 from my company via chargeback fraud. I kindly ask you go to another company to help send them a message that it is not okay to commit chargeback fraud against another business. Verydrone coupon codes shouldn't be used. Instead, go to Amazon.com who usually has lower prices to send Verydrone a message that it is not OK to do chargeback fraud. Our company is sending them to a collection agency and if they choose not to pay it, it will hurt their credit. My verydrone.com reviews isn't going to be a positive one. This company owes my company well over $900.00 and are being sent to a collection agency. They ignore my calls and are hiding from the debt they owe our company. We are sending Verydrone.com to a collection agency for not paying their bills that they signed an agreement on. Their credit will suffer. Choose to support another company instead to make them pay for the money they won't pay my company. They're two-faced crooks that will lie to you. I worked with them for a long time and they told me they were very happy for months. Then one day, out of the blue they decided to do a charge back on me. They are credit card fraudsters, beware. If you don't get something in writing that protects you against credit card fraud they will likely try to scam you too. I was fortunate enough to have required them to sign a contract but others in the future may not be. There are bad customers and bad business owners, in this case, Verydrone was a bad customer. Imagine if you pay a contractor to provide services on your home for months and then you decide to do a charge back on all payments after service was rendered. That is EXACTLY what this company did to me.

This company is ran by crooks, they will literally steal your money if you're not careful. I worked with them and they charged me for help with advertising only to do a charge back for 4 months worth of work because they "thought" I was working with a local competitor. The truth is that I buy my racing drone parts from a local competitor because Verydrone doesn't offer racing parts. I explained to them that I am a part of the drone racing community from the get go and they still thought it was ok to do a charge back on me for $2,000 worth of services over 4 months. They are using the credit card loop hole to do charge backs on vendors. I hope they go out of business soon and everyone should know that they are not good people to do business with!
