Was wrongfully suspended
Went into work as i was supposed to my supervisor ask me to come in that night again and she will contact verable but she end up getting into a accident which i didn't know because when i showed to work the lead said the supervisor will be in tonight but late so i never thought nothing of it when she didn't show i started contacting her cellphone but no answer because she broke it in the accident the job explained to verable it wasn't my fault and the agent was very rude and didn't care suspended me when all i did was show up do my job as it was ask the agent threatening me if i contact the employer for a statement

Where's my account suspended I had an emergency I had just went to a funeral and my mom called me early in the morning and she still was going through itAccount suspended
I just went to my grandma's funeral and my mom called me that day I supposed to came in and I had an emergency and she still was going through it cuz she went over her mom passing so you guys are spending me what was the problem I'm a hard worker

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Received information on exactly what I needed to do.

Dealing with customer service through the app seems to be a little bit more difficult, then with a live customer service rep. I would change a lot.
