Broke
The band of my watch will not stay on because a part of my watch, where the band goes in, chipped. But I did not drop my watch or anything; it just chipped off.

Veryfi app issue
IMy veryfit app started crashing. So I deleted it and downloaded again.
However, when i try to log into my account it says my email or password is correct. I KNOW both are correct. So I tried getting a verification code but NONE arrive.
I know my emai; address is correct because i have received verification codes from you to it in the past. This is frustrating.

Downloaded the app but will not accept the agreement
I threw it away. Couldn't get any help
Customer service still have not answered. If I could rate a ZERO I would.
This app will not let me agree to the term.

Wont let me log into my account
I tried multiple times to change my password and it won't take the new password. I've tried a verification code multiple times and it will not accept the code that I input even though that's the one that I sent on my email.
I need my account reset from your end. Because it's not letting me do anything and i'm stuck.
Preferred solution: My account reset as I cannot get in it.

My VeryFit IDW13 is not recording my sleep correctly. It starts recording my sleep at the time (3:30 a.m.) when I get up to use the bathroom and go back to sleep.

Im glad that my problem was resolved. Tho I didnt speak to anyone.
The reason that I reloaded this app was that I havent gotten any sleep information since 9/16/23,
Its tough to get answers. I read thru the manual.
